this is bullshit. i gained two pounds.
even though im not going over 1500 cals a day, i gained weight with the shit ive eaten.
apparently, working out 3 times a week isnt good enough either.
what do i have to fucking do? do a crash diet?

what the fuck.. im sorry, im just so pissed.
and i dont get comments anymore either so im just going to continue swearing up a storm.

WOO! 2.0 miles! (37 mintues)
i did a mile in 16:43. Im trying to get my time better each time. The last time I did this kinda thing I actually got to 15 minutes for a mile. I was SOOOO excited. I started off at 17:33 so ... I think im doing better :)

ps. my boyfriend did 2 miles in FORTY FIVE minutes! I can do two miles in about 32 minutes :) (thats not including like a cool down or whatever)

anyway... la la. I only worked out 3 times this week though.. thats not good enough :/ considering the junk I ate.

I've been slacking on working out. Especially with cardio. I had in some good strength on Wednesday though.. and I SHOULD be all excited because today is the first day of my Bally's free membership deal.
Today is also the day where I'd usually weigh myself but I'm a bit afraid to since I haven't done that well.. and if I see a gain I'm going to be hiiiigghhly upset. Maybe seeing a gain would be incentive for me to like, get back on the wagon or something. Maybe I should go weigh myself. Hmph.

im really upset about this weight loss actually, i feel like ive been doing awesome but i got on the scale this morning and it said 206. ....206.... i dont know what it is, but from here on in im eating only GOOD food. no crap. NOOOO CRAP.

today was really bad.. i didnt eat enough, i know this. but everytime i go in the fridge to get something to eat my dad is like "youre eating AGAIN? didnt you JUST eat.."
"yeah dad like 5 hours ago.."

and then he shakes his head.
ok dad, i get the point. really i do. but now im even afraid to go eat anything ..and im starving.. cause im afraid hell yell at me for even eating :(


sweet, now i just woofed down chocolate at 530 in the morning. im pretty sure i just made up for my calorie deficit for the day!
way to go dad... :(
